Who We Are

The Newspaper Licensing Agency was established by the UK national newspapers in 1996 to manage newspaper copyright collection.  The NLA works on behalf of the UK's newspapers and licenses organisations to make paper and digital copies of newspaper content. The NLA currently licenses over 150,000 businesses and organisations ranging from large government bodies, plcs, and limited companies to partnerships and public relations agencies.

NLA eClips Web Incident Notification: Timeliness Downturn

Time:   The incident started at approximately 22:00 on Tuesday, 26/07/2011.

Incident Description:

An incident occurred which impacted timeliness across all core-repertoire Titles available in eClips Web.

Cause:

The root cause is being investigated at this time. We are taking steps to ensure we engage sooner when a timeliness down-turn occurs.

Expected Resolution Time:

The incident was resolved this morning at approximately 07:30 (Wednesday, 27/07/2011).
