Content Outage Notification
Due to recent performance issues we have been experiencing with the BETA platform, we will be carrying out some maintenance this afternoon at 15:00. This means that no new article content will be available on the system for approximately 90 minutes from 15:00 to 16:30. Access to the front-end components will remain but you may experience intermittent request failures during this period. The maintenance should take no longer 1h30m but will advise if we finish sooner.

Unplanned Outage Announcement
Dear BETA Participants,
We are currently experiencing a service incident which requires an unplanned outage of all eClips Web BETA services. We are treating this as a high-priority but access to all services will be disabled for the duration of this outage.
I will keep you informed as to our progress via the blog. We appologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have now resumed normal service for eClips Web. We have investigated the issue and identified a root-cause for which we have applied a fix. We have tested this fix for the last hour and report that the environment is once again stable. BETA participants should no longer "request timeout's" or "internal server error's" when requesting Payload XML feeds. There will be a short delay in availibility of this morning's content while we process backlog resulting from this morning's outage window (9:30a.m through 12:30).
We are keeping a close eye on the environment to ensure stability but should you encounter any issue please contact William Barbosa.
