Planned NLA maintenance on Saturday 19th November 11:00 - 20:00 (UK time)
On Saturday 19th November at 11:00am, NLA engineers will be performing planned maintenance on the core NLA infrastructure. The maintenance is expected to last up to 9 hours.
All NLA services during this maintenance work will be unavailable, this includes access to eClips API calls, PDF viewing, eClipsweb, ClipShare and ClipSearch. FTP access to feeds will also be unavailable.
We expect the impact on eClips Web services to be as follows:
- Payload, Search and Article API’s will be unavailable until 20:00.
- Content processing for all titles will be delayed while we process the day’s backlog. We expect normal processing to resume at approximately 21:00.
- A single Title exception exists with dailymail.co.uk, where we anticipate some missing content due to a limitation in the Publisher’s delivery process. We have put contingency process in place to resume content processing for this title as quickly as possible.
A notification will be sent before the maintenance takes place and once it has been completed.
Updated Publisher Profiles
Two exceptions have been added to the Live Publisher Profiles. Please see brief detail below:
1. independent.co.uk - Only 70% of content is delivered by the publisher.
2. independent.co.uk - Images are not sent by the publisher. Images, captions and attributions are unavailable.
The Publisher is looking to fix these issues.
